THE FOLLOWING SWEEPSTAKES (THE “SWEEPSTAKES”) IS INTENDED FOR PLAY IN THE UNITED STATES ONLY AND SHALL ONLY BE CONSTRUED AND EVALUATED ACCORDING TO UNITED STATES LAW. DO NOT ENTER THIS SWEEPSTAKES IF YOU ARE NOT LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ENTRY IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES. YOU ARE ONLY ENTITLED TO WIN ONE GRAND PRIZE IN THE SWEEPSTAKES.

1. Eligibility:
You must be a legal resident of the United States and 18 years or older at the time of entry.
Void in Rhode Island where prohibited or restricted by law. Void in overseas U.S. territories, possessions, commonwealths and military installations, and where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of AVP Pro Beach Volleyball Tour, Inc. ("Sponsor"), Banana Boat® brand, Sun Pharmaceuticals Corp., Playtex Products, Inc., Energizer Holdings Inc, MLB Advanced Media, L.P., Tickets.com, Inc., SportsOnEarth, LLC and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, sponsors, licensees, and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes (all of the foregoing, together with Sponsor, collectively referred to as "Sponsors and Administrators"), and the immediate family members and persons living in the same household as such individuals, are not eligible to participate or win.

2. How To Enter:
(a) The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on Friday, July 4, 2008 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on Friday, August 1, 2008 (the "Promotional Period").
(b) To enter, watch any of the eight AVP telecasts of the AVP Men’s and Women’s Finals, airing July 5 at 3:00PM EST; July 6 at 4:30PM EST; July 12 at 2:30PM EST; July 13 at 1:30PM EST; July 19 at 2:30PM EST; July 20 at 2:30PM EST; July 26 at 4:30PM EST; and July 27 at 4:30PM EST (consult local listings for actual channel telecast times and schedule changes). During the AVP telecast, the commentator will instruct viewers to watch for the Banana Boat® Block with the Best block of the match (the "Block") replay later in the broadcast, and Sponsor will provide viewers with an applicable winner (the "Winner") of the Block either during the show or during a commercial break to enter to win. When you learn the Winner, access the AVP website located at http://www.avp.com/bananaboat and enter the applicable Winner and other relevant contact information requested during the contest period. The only valid way to enter the Sweepstakes is to complete the online entry form. Incomplete or inaccurate entry forms are void. Follow the instructions to complete the Sweepstakes entry form, including submitting your name, address, email address and other information. By entering, you and/or your parent or legal guardian acknowledge compliance with these official rules including all eligibility requirements.
(c) The Grand Prize winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected randomly from a drawing of all eligible entries. THE GRAND PRIZE WILL ONLY BE AWARDED FROM ELIGIBLE ENTRY FORMS. IF THERE ARE NO ELIGIBLE ENTRY FORMS RECEIVED, NO GRAND PRIZE WILL BE AWARDED. ENTRANTS ARE ONLY ELIGIBLE TO WIN ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE.
(d) For purposes of these Official Rules, "receipt" of an entry occurs when Sponsor’s servers record the entry information upon clicking the "Submit Entry" button. Any automated computer receipt (such as one confirming delivery of email) does not constitute proof of actual receipt by Sponsor of an entry for purposes of these Official Rules. In the event of a dispute about the identity of an online entrant, each entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Access Provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. The potential winner may be required to provide Sponsors and Administrators with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry.
(e) LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER EMAIL ADDRESS PER NBC TELECAST OF THE AVP
Although subsequent attempts to enter may be received, only the first received from a particular individual will be considered for each NBC telecast of the AVP; subsequent attempts to enter will be disqualified. The submission of an entry is solely the responsibility of the entrant. Entries may only be made according to the method described above. Automated entries (including but not limited to entries submitted using any bot, script, macro, or sweepstakes service), copies, third party entries, facsimiles and/or mechanical reproductions are not permitted and will be disqualified. Only eligible entries actually received by Sponsors and Administrators before the end of the specified entry deadline will be included in the prize drawing. Illegible, unintelligible, incomplete or garbled entries will be disqualified. All entries become the property of Sponsor and Sponsor shall not be required to acknowledge or return any entry.

3. Conduct:
By entering the Sweepstakes and/or accepting a prize, entrants agree to (i) comply with and be bound by these Official Rules, and (ii) agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsors and Administrators from and against any and all liability, claims, injuries, losses and/or damages of any kind, including death, arising from, or in connection with, this Sweepstakes or from the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize and/or participation in any prize related activities or any travel related thereto. The Official Rules will be posted at the Sweepstakes website throughout the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Entrants further agree to comply with and be bound by the decisions of the judges, which will be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be: (a) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or Sponsor’s website; (b) violating the Official Rules; or (c) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

4. Grand Prize:
Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for two to the AVP Crocs Cup Shootout presented by Bud Light Manhattan Beach Open in Manhattan Beach, CA. Prize includes: roundtrip airfare to Los Angeles, CA from the closest major commercial airport to the winner; 3 day/2nights lodging; transportation to and from the hotel, meet & greets with the top AVP players, access to the beach barbeque party at the AVP event site, meet and greet with Misty May-Treanor and Kerri Walsh at the beach barbeque party (player appearance is subject to availability), sand access during the finals, VIP entry into all AVP sessions, passes to all AVP post parties, and a special gift package from Banana Boat® & the AVP. Trip winner’s travel companion will be required to execute a Liability/Publicity Release prior to issuance of travel documents. IF a travel companion is a minor, he/she must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at his/her own expense if the parent/legal guardian is not the winner. THE GRAND PRIZE WILL ONLY BE AWARDED IF A VALID ENTRY IS RECEIVED. IF NO VALID ENTRY IS RECEIVED, NO GRAND PRIZE WILL BE AWARDED. The following applies to the Grand Prize: Except as specifically provided herein, the Grand Prize does not include taxes, or any other item not specifically described in these Official Rules, and all expenses for any of the foregoing are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. The Grand Prize may not be transferred or assigned except by Sponsor. Only the listed Grand Prize will be awarded and no substitutions, cash equivalents or redemptions will be made. Reporting and payment of all applicable taxes, fees, and/or surcharges, if any, arising out of, or resulting from, acceptance or use of a prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner of the Grand Prize. Approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize: $2,500. Sponsor expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use of the Grand Prizes awarded. Sponsors and Administrators make no representations or warranties concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any Grand Prize awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations apply. Sponsors and Administrators will not replace any lost or stolen prize items.

5. Winner Selection and Notification:
The winner (if any) will be determined and notified on or about five (5) days following the entry deadline. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The Grand Prize drawing will be conducted by Sponsor whose decisions are final. The winner must be 18 years of age at the time of entry to be eligible. Except where prohibited by law, potential winners will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release and IRS W-9 form within three (3) days following attempted notification or prize may be forfeited. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable, or inability of Sponsors and Administrators to contact a potential winner may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner from among all remaining eligible entries.

6. Disputes:
Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, other than those concerning the administration of the Sweepstakes or the determination of winners, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved exclusively by the United States District Court or the appropriate California State Court located in Los Angeles, California; (iii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iv) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses , and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.

7. Privacy:
By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to Sponsor’s use and dissemination of your personal information to third parties. Such use and dissemination of such personal information shall be subject to any privacy policy of Sponsor then in effect.

8. Winners List:
